Could you please make the Thief Gloves work the way they do on most servers?
Instead of becoming locked after being equipped, they should remain removable and reusable until the full 2-hour duration expires. This would allow players to use the remaining time whenever they want, rather than losing most of the duration after a single use.
I think this would be a much better system and a great quality-of-life improvement, especially since this is already how it works on most other servers.

I wouldn't do it because its on most servers, but because its unfair for the player. Its not easy to drop thiefs gloves and adding that restriction makes it an unworthy item. If the developers decide that because this is a HARD PvM Server it should remain like this I would at least suggest for them to implement 2 differnts thiefs gloves. Ones with the restriction (obligation to keep it equipped until the time expires). The thiefs gloves without the restriction should be more difficult to achieve and you'll be able to keep the balance between casual players and 24/4 players.
